Self-employed 2 chefs (Full-time) – Neetu Dhaba Indian Restaurant , Amsterdam
Neetu Dhaba an established Indian restaurant in Amsterdam with nearly 35 years of history, is looking for an self-employed Chef to join our passionate kitchen team.
Your Role
As an independent chef, you are responsible for preparing dishes according to traditional Indian recipes, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and consistency. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team and contribute to smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:✅ MBO-3 level or equivalent (culinary or hospitality background)
✅ Experience with food safety (HACCP) and kitchen procedures
✅ Strong knowledge of cooking techniques – Indian cuisine experience is a plus
✅ Able to work independently and under pressure
✅ Team player with a proactive attitude
✅ Willing to learn Indian/Nepali cuisine if not already experienced (training provided)

💶 Competitive salary between **€2,444 and €2,959** gross per month (based on experience, CAO Horeca)
